CASE W-01: Delivery target
REQUIRED MEANING
- 12 November 2026 is a target, not a confirmed delivery date.
- The target depends on sample files arriving by 10 November 2026.
- Keep the current review booking until a replacement is confirmed.
FAILURE EXAMPLES
- "We will deliver on 12 November" changes the level of certainty.
- Dropping the sample-file condition removes a dependency.
- "Move the booking to 12 November" invents an instruction.

CASE W-02: Quote awaiting approval
REQUIRED MEANING
- The quote is USD 480 for one draft and one revision.
- Translation is excluded.
- The quote has not been approved.
- Work must not begin until written approval is sent.
FAILURE EXAMPLES
- "We accept your USD 480 quote" invents approval.
- "Two revisions" changes the scope.
- "Please begin while we arrange approval" reverses the instruction.
- Dropping the translation exclusion or "written" approval loses a condition.

CASE W-03: Internal preview
REQUIRED MEANING
- The exact asset is preview-A.png.
- Its allowed use is our internal review only.
- It is not cleared for a public post or a customer presentation.
- Request a cleared replacement before sharing outside the review group.
FAILURE EXAMPLES
- "Use the preview in your presentation" broadens permission.
- "We would prefer internal use" weakens an explicit restriction.
- "Add attribution before sharing" invents a route to permission.
