Overview

Relay.app has announced that it is shutting down. The official notice says access ends on August 15, 2026 for free users and September 14, 2026 for paying customers. New signups and free-to-paid upgrades have been disabled, so this page should be used as transition context for existing users rather than as a recommendation to start a new Relay.app workflow.

Existing users should check the official Relay.app shutdown page and export instructions promptly. The notice describes exports for workflows and other workspace information, but users should verify that their own data is complete and usable before relying on a migration.

Existing users may use the remaining wind-down period to inventory workflows, export available data, document connected accounts, and rebuild automations in another service. Replacement workflows should be tested carefully before they are used for real customer, business, account, or operational processes.

Do not assume an exported workflow, prompt, history, or table is complete or directly portable. Review triggers, actions, permissions, credentials, schedules, error handling, and downstream effects in the replacement workflow.
